This strategy I used focuses on full defense, if you have better then wear it. I have a Jevilstail but chose ChainMail over it. My inventory is this, Spincake, ClubsSandwich, DD-Burger, ExecBuffet, ReviveMint, DeluxeDinner, TensionMax, TensionGem (I recommend replacing tension items with more food but it's not needed), ReviveMint, ReviveMint, and another ReviveMint for good measure. You can get a ReviveMint from the capsule machine, I recommend unlocking the (Dess related?) easter egg with that by inputting 1225 points after you already received all of the items from it. Why? It has nothing to do with the knight but just for completionist sake.
With this set up you should start with a TensionGem or TensionMax and spam Rude Buster with Susie while making sure to hit the confirm button just before it hits the knight, Ralsei should focus on guarding and healing and almost never attack. Kris should be guarding almost the entire fight and using items. This strategy is about defense and surviving, keep your health up at all times, skip any rude busters to do this. And just like that, you've already won.
