To report a user simply use the "Report User" button on their profile or on a specific post they have made. You can also use the "Contact Us" button on the very bottom of our TimeLierG Companions site to create a ticket, if using this method please include the members username and title the ticket as "user report".
Falsely reporting may lead to a temporary ban on your own account.

If you believe a mod or staff is abusing their power or rule breaking in other ways do not use the "Contact Us" button, instead contact a Head Companion directly. You can do this through our Guilded or Discord, or by email. You may also send a direct message through our own website here to one of us.

You may attempt to appeal a ban any time depending on the rule broken, situation, and the time of your ban. Bans can be appealed by using the "Contact Us" button at the very bottom of our TimeLierG Companions site page.

Please label the ticket as "ban appeal" and list the username of your account if you are using an alternate account and state the reason of your ban and why you believe you were banned. You can tell us if you believe you are innocent or if the ban was unjustified if you feel inclined to do so, but this is not necessary.

Do you need help with games such as Crescent Quest or Kaifrinx? Having graphical, gameplay, or any other kind of issue? You can report issues to us through the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of our TimeLierG Companions site page. Title your ticket to us as "bug report" with the name of the title you are having the issue with.

Note, some older computers or mobile devices may be incompatible with the games. If you would like a refund for our paid games this can only be done through our Steam listed games. Valve's policy on refunds requires the game to have under two hours of play and cannot be over 14 days of purchase. Again, we do not offer the refunds ourselves.

Backing up save data for Crescent Quest and Kaifrinx in case of an issue...

To create a backup of your save data, open the folder the game is installed in. You will see five or more additional folders such as audio, fonts, graphics, img, and system. Under all of these you should see a file labeled "Save01" or "Save02", depending on the game there may be more files labeled like these. Simply copy them to a new location. You can insert them back into a copy of the game in the same area of the folder to have your files back should you reinstall the game.

Did you lose, forget, or want to reset your password? When you select the "login" button on the very top of the page (next to the register button) when logged out, select "login" and then select "lost password?". You will be asked to state your email address that you have used to sign up for our site. Once you finish inserting your email and going past the image verification you can then select "request login credentials" under image verification. An email will be sent to you with further instructions. Remember to check your spam folder! 


Still no email? Contact us personally using the "Contact Us" button at the very bottom of our TimeLierG Companions site page. We ask of you to wait at least twenty minutes before using this just to ensure you did not receive an email.


If signed in, you may go under "User CP" under our logo on the top bar and there is a reset password option.





Did you want to change your email? Use the same "Contact Us" button on the bottom of our TimeLierG Companions site and explain that you want to reset your email, you must also provide us with another email to apply to your account. This should be used only for security reasons or if you forgot your email, this is not an automated process but is done manually by us.


Once you use the "Contact Us" form and notify us of the new email you want we will apply it to your account as soon as we can. This email is shared only with us, it is not public.


UPDATE! You can now change your email manually. Go under "User CP" under our logo on the top bar. There is a reset email option.
